Terms of ServiceOur Goal is to ship your item FAST!! Usually within one to two business day.
Shipments will be made next day business day of receipt of cleared funds.
We normally do not ship on Saturdays or Holidays.
Local pick-up is not allowed.
Most shipments are sent using United States Postal Service (USPS).
We choose our shipper for the most cost effective method, based on package size, weight and ultimate destination.
We are not responsible for misprints, typographical errors, or the buyer's assumptions, so please ask all questions before bidding.
We will automatically leave positive feedback to every buyer who completed the transaction and left positive feedback to us.
We don't offer price protection, due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the transaction, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your issue.

Drivers and Utilities discs:
Drivers and Utilities discs are covered by our 30 days 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy.
We offer 100% Money back in case The DVD was lost or damaged in the mail.
We will attempt to help you if the DVD did not fix the driver problem.
Help is offered through email only.
If we are not able to help you, we will issue full refund.
Refund will be issued after you allow for our support staff to attempt helping you.
Refund will not be issued if you refuse to the help that is offered.
Refund will not be issued for simply just sending and a message saying it did not work.
All other items:
We do not accept returns during the 30 day return period if the item is AS DESCRIBED and/or the customer has BUYER'S REMORSE
Buyer's Remorse will not be considered a basis for returns under our Returns Policy.
Example of Buyer's Remorse:
(1) I do not like the color.
(2) Does not meet my expectations.
(3) I wanted a different shipping service.
Only conditions where you received an item "Not As Described" or you received the wrong item, will our Returns Policy apply to your purchase.
If you receive an item NOT AS DESCRIBED in our listing, and we have a replacement in stock, MONEY BACK option is NOT AVAILABLE.
We will accept postage paid returns only after a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) has been obtained from us.
Items must be in original unopened packaging in sell-able condition and we must be contacted within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping will be paid by Buyer.
Restocking Fee: $2 or 15% whichever is greater for non defective items.
